State Rep. Costa Howard Highlights Successful Baby Supplies Donation Drive for Outreach House
LOMBARD – To help local families in need and bring attention to Diaper Need Awareness Week, state Rep. Terra Costa Howard, D-Glen Ellyn, hosted a donation drive for diapers and other baby supplies to benefit Outreach House, a local social services organization.
“I am so grateful to all the generous people in our communities who supported this important cause,” Costa Howard said. “No family should have to choose between putting food on the table and buying diapers. I encourage everyone to continue donating diapers and other supplies to Outreach House, to help make parents’ lives less stressful and bring some comfort and security to babies in need.”
Outreach House accepts donations of diapers sizes 3, 4 and 5, baby wipes, baby wash and shampoo, lotion and diaper cream. Additional donations can be made to Outreach House by visiting their Amazon wish list at https://amzn.to/3yhk9Wp.
